Strategy Lead
Snow Xue Zhou strives for a more equitable and inclusive tomorrow. Her humanistic approach as a strategist, researcher, and designer stems from her care for the interconnected well-being of people, communities, and our planet. A blend of holistic thinker and action-oriented doer with 10 years of Strategy career rooted in a wide range of agency experience—Snow is fluid across design research and innovation, brand development & activation, and experience strategy for digital and physical products. She has helped clients from early tech startups and Fortune 500 to culturally influential brands, including Levi’s, Sonos, L'Oréal, and Samsung, answer “what to do”, “why we do it”, and “how we get there”.
Snow holds an MFA in Creative Strategy from the Academy of Art University and a certificate of continuing studies in User Experience Design. As Strategy Lead at fuseproject, she leads cross-functional teams to cultivate clarity in navigating ambiguity while driving equity to foster efficiency and collaboration. She brings her multicultural background and multi-disciplinary skills where her passion and purpose align.
