Notably, level was recognized as #03 in FastCompany’s Most Innovative Design Companies of 2021, just after Adidas and Google.
level nurtures a studio that values diverse perspectives and the hands-on, humble work needed to bring new ideas to life. Committed to creating a diverse and inclusive industry, they believe that a variety of voices promotes smarter creative thinking, leading to better innovation and higher performance for clients and investors. Nichole Rouillac served as chair of IDSA’s Women in Design from 2017-2021, and Vicci Baigrie is an active member of the Diversity in Design (DID) Collaborative, initiated in June 2021 to increase diversity and improve conditions for Black creatives across the design industry.
The studio is located in the Mission Creek neighborhood of San Francisco, surrounded by some of the most creative firms in the city, providing a space to think and work.
